All flowers need to receive a fresh cut on an angle about 1” from bottom of the stem upon arrival and put in fresh water.  Keeping flowers wrapped in paper for 1-2 hours after giving a fresh cut and putting in appropriate temperature to drink will help them to hydrate properly before arranging. Please note, it is normal for some flowers to look a little dehydrated after transport, but they should perk back up quickly with the right care.  If they do not, please be in touch via email immediately with photographs so we can advise.
